WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR:
- Flights
- Accommodation
- Diving (3 dives a day)
- Transfers and scheduled meals on flights.
You will be responsible for the purchase all alcohol and other drinks (soft) you consume on the Expedition, on flights and at hotels etc)
You are responsible for your travel costs to and from Heathrow.
WE will assume responsibility for you on arrival at Heathrow and until we pass through the Heathrow Baggage Hall on our return.
You will be responsible for the cost of your ESTA
You will be responsible for spending on any meals etc purchased in Manila and Guam
Due to fluctuation in the availability of food at the resort each of you will be given an allowance. This will be sufficient for basic breakfast, lunch and evening meals.
Those of you who eat more than the average or have expensive tastes will need to take more money with you.
YOU WILL NOT BE SUBSIDISED IN EXCESS OF YOUR DAILY ALLOWANCE.
You should take US Dollars or you will pay 3.5% if using Visa etc.
YOU SHOULD take money to tip hotel and diving staff. Staff rely on tips and therefore you should tip generously.
You are on a trip of a lifetime that costs £4k+ each and therefore the above costs are reasonable.
You bring the money you need the charity will not lend you money nor subsidise any of the above costs.
Each of you will be required to sign an Expedition Contract
The contract will be developed over the coming months
Breaches of discipline and poor behaviour will result in those involved being excluded from diving and on return the Charity will seek financial recompense.
